The alkaline diet that nourishes, cleanses and detoxifies,
without depriving your body of the nutrients it needs.
WARNINGS
Before starting your detox diet, we advise you to consult your doctor.
The first 3 days of detoxification are always the most difficult ones, as both the body and the mind have to get used to the new diet.
You may experience various symptoms (called healing crises): headaches, dizziness, nausea, mental confusion, fatigue and muscle pain.
NO NEED TO BE SCARED! It is very common and normal. In any case, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.
DETOX STEP AFTER STEP
1. MENTALIZE YOURSELF
Changing habits is not easy. Exercise your mind for a few days to prepare for this change.
2. DECIDE
Raw Detox – Only juices and raw food, a good choice for people who already follow a very healthy diet.
If you choose this option, follow the food plan from day 1 to day 3 (see the food program), during the total detox period.
Normal Detox – Alkaline foods only: this option is ideal for people who are starting the transition process towards a conscious diet.
If you choose this option, follow the food plan normally.

Drink water in the morning or between meals, you can add a slice of lemon, wheat grass, mint…
Water helps purify the body and appease hunger.
You can also choose infusions, horsetail tea, green apples, pears, watermelon (just a slice), gluten-free wholemeal crackers,
seeds, almonds, carrots and cucumber sticks or a Chianade (lemonade with Chia seeds).
DETOX DIET RECIPES
SHOTS
WHEAT GRASS SHOT
1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Wheat Grass, 1/2 glass of water or apple juice.
Stir well and drink immediately.
SUPER ENERGETIC SHOT
1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Spirulina, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Chlorella, 1 cup of apple juice. Mix everything very well and drink.
JUICE
HEALTHY AWAKENING JUICE
A bunch of spinach, juice of 2 apples, juice of 1 cucumber, ginger, 1 kiwi, lemon juice, 1 stalk of celery, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Omega 3 Mix, 1 pear, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Spirulina, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Chlorella.
Soak the Omega 3 Mix for 2 minutes and add the other ingredients in a blender.
GREEN BOWL
A bunch of spinach, 1/2 cucumber, ginger, 1 kiwi, 1 stalk of celery, 1 tablespoon of Iswari’s Omega 3 Mix, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Spirulina, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Chlorella.
Put everything in a blender, add a little drop of water (until you get a homogeneous consistency). Sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of pollen and sliced almonds (shelled).
TOXIN FLUSH JUICE
2 apples (juice), a handful of berries, 1 pear, 1 teaspoon of Iswari’s Wheat Grass
Mix everything in a blender and drink like a smoothie.
SUPER DEPURATIVE JUICE
Juice of 1 beet, juice of 2 apples, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 finger of ginger, 2 tablespoons of alfa alfa sprouts, lentils.
Put all the ingredients in the food mixer and add the sprouts later, chopping them with a blender.
You can choose ready-made apple juice, preferably organic.
SNACKS
CHIANADE (LEMONADE WITH SEEDS OF CHIA)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds for one liter of water and lemon; helps the body with a charge of Omega 3.
SOUPS
MEXICAN
1 ripe avocado cut in half, pitted and cut into pieces, 1/2 peeled cucumber, 1 chopped onion, the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 pinch of salt flower, 250 ml of water or coconut water, 1 clove of garlic.
Put all the ingredients in a blender, chop everything until it thickens and serve.
GAZPACHO
1 large ripe tomato, 1/2 large green pepper, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1/2 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt flower.
Wash all the vegetables carefully, peel and cut them into pieces. Mince everything in a blender at full power for a few minutes and serve.
GREEN SOUP
Put the spinach, broccoli, celery and leek in the oven.
Mince everything with the blender. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt flower, 1 tablespoon of Iswari’s Wheat Grass (optional) and serve.
MISO SOUP
Cook vegetables such as carrots, leeks, sprouts, courgettes, peppers, turnip tops and add a tablespoon of miso.
EXOTIC SOUP
Cut the cabbage, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnip tops and courgettes and heat them on the stove. Add 1 teaspoon of Indian saffron, 1 sprig of mint, a pinch of cinnamon and a drop of water, but not much.
Serve and add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt flower.
SALADS
DETOX
Make a selection of the ingredients we suggest and combine them with Iswari’s Quinoa or millet.
Suggestions: algae (dulse, nori, hijiki), green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach, rocket, valerianella, chard, watercress), alfa alfa sprouts, broccoli, radishes, red peppers, asparagus, celery, chard, carrots, mushrooms, cucumber, avocado, onion, apple and aromatic herbs.
DRESSING
Lemon, olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, oregano, salt flower, Iswari’s Hemp Protein.
Mince everything in a blender and store it.
DISHES
VEGETABLE PAPPARDELLE WITH TOMATO SAUCE
1 courgette, 1 carrot, 1 pinch of salt flower, 1 handful of basil.
With the help of a potato peeler, cut the vegetables into long strips.
Sauce: 2 fresh ripe tomatoes, 3 soaked dried tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup of chopped red peppers, 2 tablespoons of dulse seaweed flakes, 1 clove of garlic, oregano, grated ginger and salt flower.
Put all the ingredients in a blender, add a little water to dilute if necessary. Serve the vegetables, add the sauce and put the basil leaves on top.
QUINOA WITH AVOCADO AND SALAD
Cook the quinoa, add a cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom seeds and 1/2 tablespoon of cumin. For the salad, finely slice the following ingredients: cabbage, carrot, onion, cucumber, celery and a little bit of beet.
Salad dressing: 1 tablespoon of Iswari’s Chia seeds or Iswari’s Omega 3 mix, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 lemon, sea salt flower. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes and pour on the salad, sprinkling with bee pollen (optional).
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp without ruining the peel, add 1 small clove of chopped garlic, the juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of salt flower. Mince everything with the immersion blender, until it has a soft and creamy consistency; serve in the avocado peel.
Prepare your dish with quinoa, salad and avocado and have fun.
SAUTEED VEGETABLES
1 small Chinese cabbage (sliced), 85g of snow peas, 6 Shiitake mushrooms (sliced) 1 carrot (cut into julienne) 1/2 red pepper (without seeds and cut into julienne), 1 spring onion (julienne), 2 slices of pineapple cut into pieces, a handful of sprouts.
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of agave, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 1 clove of crushed garlic.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour over the sauce, let it marinate 2 hours. Lightly fry for 2 minutes, serve immediately.
You can combine the vegetables with quinoa.
SWEET POTATO WITH SAUTEED VEGETABLES
Wash the potatoes carefully without removing the peel and cook them with plenty of water.
When they are cooked, drain the water, mash them with a blender or a mixer and add a dash of almond milk.
Heat the puree on the fire, add the almond milk and leave to rest for 1 minute.
Finely cut the following vegetables: cabbage, carrot, zucchini, celery, onion, red peppers, 1 clove of garlic and ginger.
Put the vegetables in a pan and add 1 teaspoon of Indian saffron, cumin and ground coriander.
Stir-fry for a few minutes; do not overcook.
Serve the vegetables with mashed potatoes and accompany them with slices of cucumber and beetroot.
Preparation of almond milk:
Leave the almonds to soak for 6 hours or overnight.
Put the almonds in a blender with water and thyme.
With a colander, filter the liquid from the pulp.
The combination of these three superfoods, rich in chlorophyll, offers the body the necessary tools for a detoxification that nourishes, and at the same time purifies.
Each of these superfoods, alone and / or in combination with the other two:
