Energy Truffles Maca & Spirulina

Ingredients:

½ cup of oats

2 tbsp. of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)

1 tbsp. of Spirulina Iswari

1 tsp of Maca Iswari

1 cup of pitted dates

1 tbsp. of chia seeds Iswari

½ cup of nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc)

Water (if needed adding one tbsp. at the time)

To cover

Sesame seeds

Decicated coconut

Poppy seeds

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a mixing cup (besides the water) and mix until it forms a nice sticky paste.

In case the paqste feels dry, add  water (1 tbsp.). The paste, when you squeeze it, needs to have a ligant consistancy

With your hands mold it and form balls and rub on the desired cover. Keep in the fridge to solidify.

Note :

The truffles are safe outside the fridge, so you can take them to eat along the day, yet the cooler they are the  more consistent they’ll remain. ( due to the oil of the nuts)
