hemp-humumus

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked chickpeas

1 cup of cooked edamame

5 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

½ lemon juiced

1 full tbsp. of tahini

1 tbsp. of hemp protein Iswari

1/2 cup of unflavoured soya yoghurt

1 peeled garlic clove Salt and milled black pepper Hemp seeds Iswari

Méthod:

Add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until obtaining the right texture. And that’s it! Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and hemp seeds as toppings Keep in the fridge in a hermetical jar.
