Gluten-Free Oats Almond, Maca and Cinnamon are gluten-free instant oats, ideal for preparing your oat flakes instantly, without the need to cook. This is why you can add this mixture to yoghurts, smoothies or confectionery products (biscuits, cakes) among others. In addition to gluten-free oat flakes, this mixture is enriched with almond butter, which gives it greater smoothness, maca, which contributes to fatigue reduction and a normal metabolism that produces energy, and also cinnamon, known for its sweet taste, but also for being rich in antioxidants and having anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use

Gluten-Free Oats can be used in many ways. No need to be cooked, they can be prepared instantly and be used for porridges, pancakes, cereal bars, overnight oats or desserts and snacks, by adding water or a plant-based drink according to your preferences.


You can use water or a plant-based drink.

Gluten-Free Oats Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon Oatmeal Porridge with Almond Butter


3-4 tbsp Gluten-Free Oats Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon

200 ml plant-based drink

Almond butter (optional)

Fruits of Love for the toppings


  1. Stir Gluten-Free Oats into 200 ml of plant-based drink. Stir until it begins to take on consistency.
  2. Add Fruits of Love of your choice as toppings (optional).
  3. Pour a drizzle of almond butter.



You can add it to any yoghurt.

Gluten-Free Oats and Banana Pancakes


- 2 tablespoons Iswari Gluten-Free Oats Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon 

- 1 coffee cup of plant-based drink

- 1 banana 

- 1 tbsp Iswari creamy peanut butter 

- 1 tsp coconut oil 

- 1 tsp Iswari Exotica cocoa nibs 

- 1 tbsp Iswari peeled hemp seeds

- 1 tsp of yeast


1. In a bowl, put the two spoons of Gluten-Free Oats, one ½ banana, the yeast and the plant-based drink and, using a whisk, homogenize the whole.

2. After obtaining the pancake dough, take a non-stick frying pan and put it on medium heat. Pour in a teaspoon of coconut oil and leave to heat.

3. Once the pan is hot, using a tablespoon, form small circles of dough and cover. Leave to cook for 3 or 4 minutes (until the pancakes "bubble").

4. Remove the pancakes from the pan and form a tower with banana slices between two pancakes.

5. Finally, add the cocoa nibs, seeds and a drizzle of peanut butter.

6. Serve.


Microwave bread


- 25g oat flour or Iswari Gluten-Free Oatmeal Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon

- 1 tbsp. Iswari Psyllium

- 1 ½ tbsp. Iswari Omega 3 Mix

- 1 tablespoon Iswari hemp seeds

- ½ tsp. Iswari Turmeric and Black Pepper

- ½ cup of hot water

- a pinch of salt


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all dry ingredients and add water. Let stand for 5 minutes and microwave for 2 minutes at 800w. 
  2. Remove from the bowl and let it cool, then eat immediately, spread with almond butter or toast a little in a toaster to create a crispy crust.
