How to use

Ingredients
3-4 tbsp Gluten-Free Oats Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon
200 ml plant-based drink
Almond butter (optional)

You can add it to any yoghurt.

PANCAKES
Gluten-Free Oats and Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Iswari Gluten-Free Oats Almonds, Maca and Cinnamon
- 1 coffee cup of plant-based drink
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Iswari creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Iswari Exotica cocoa nibs
- 1 tbsp Iswari peeled hemp seeds
- 1 tsp of yeast
Method
1. In a bowl, put the two spoons of Gluten-Free Oats, one ½ banana, the yeast and the plant-based drink and, using a whisk, homogenize the whole.
2. After obtaining the pancake dough, take a non-stick frying pan and put it on medium heat. Pour in a teaspoon of coconut oil and leave to heat.
3. Once the pan is hot, using a tablespoon, form small circles of dough and cover. Leave to cook for 3 or 4 minutes (until the pancakes "bubble").
4. Remove the pancakes from the pan and form a tower with banana slices between two pancakes.
5. Finally, add the cocoa nibs, seeds and a drizzle of peanut butter.
6. Serve.

OATS
