The story behind the ingredients we chose

Banana powder

Source of healthy fibers and carbohydrates. Fibers help regulate the speed of digestion and regulate the conversion of carbohydrates into simple sugars and balance blood sugar levels. They also contain an abundance of frutooligosaccharides (FOS), a pre-biotic substance that feeds probiotics, the good bacteria of the digestive system. They are also a source of vitamin A, B6 and C, and also contain manganese, potassium and iron.

Pumpkin seed protein

Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds - one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, notably due to its magnesium, iron and zinc content - this protein powder brings together all of its nutritional benefits, with a protein content of 60%. It has a high unsaturated fat content which gives it a flavour profile reminiscent of roasted nuts.

Date powder

The inclusion of this dried fruit powder increases the potassium content of the mixes (which helps, in particular, to maintain normal blood pressure) and avoids the need to add coconut sugar or other sweeteners.

Wholemeal oats (gluten free)

Wholegrain / wholemeal oats offer all the benefits of this naturally gluten-free cereal, which is rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein. It also contains many minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. The nutritional profile of oats makes them ideal for a breakfast or pre-workout meal. In addition to its complex carbohydrates that prolong the feeling of satiety, oats contain beta-glucans - polysaccharides that contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect obtained with a daily dose of 3g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran or mix of these beta-glucans).

Almond paste (100% roasted almonds) (12%)

This paste offers an irreplaceable taste and creaminess that harmonises perfectly with cocoa. Almonds, like any dry fruit, are rich in unsaturated fats, which, when introduced into the diet to replace saturated fats (found mainly in animal products), help to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. 

Cacao powder (5%)

Whole grain oat flakes (gluten-free) (33,5%)

They offer all the benefits of oats, which are naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein, as well as containing numerous minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Its nutritional profile makes oats the ideal ingredient to form the basis of a breakfast or a pre-workout meal.
