The story behind the ingredients we chose

Pumpkin seed protein

Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds - one of the foods with the highest protein content and boasting an extremely rich mineral profile, particularly for its magnesium, iron and zinc content - this protein powder encapsulates all its nutritional benefits, provides 60% protein content and also tastes surprisingly good. Its palatability derives mainly from its high unsaturated fat content, thanks to which it acquires a flavour profile reminiscent of roasted nuts (the perfect complement to the chocolate flavour of this blend). 

Wholemeal oats (gluten free)

Wholegrain / wholemeal oats offer all the benefits of this naturally gluten-free cereal, which is rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein. It also contains many minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. The nutritional profile of oats makes them ideal for a breakfast or pre-workout meal. In addition to its complex carbohydrates that prolong the feeling of satiety, oats contain beta-glucans - polysaccharides that contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect obtained with a daily dose of 3g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran or mix of these beta-glucans).

Mango flakes (11%)

They refresh this SV Proats and in combination with cashew butter they offer you a more tropical and fruity option for your pre-workout or breakfast.

Blueberry powder (1,5%)

It enhances the flavour by complementing the natural sweetness of the mango with their slight acidity.

Ground flaxseed

They offer all the benefits of oats, which are naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein, as well as containing numerous minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Its nutritional profile makes oats the ideal ingredient to form the basis of a breakfast or a pre-workout meal. In addition to its complex carbohydrates, which prolong the feeling of satiety, oats contain beta-glucans - polysaccharides that contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of 3g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley bran or mixtures of these beta-glucans). 

Cashew butter (100% roasted cashews) (12%)

Cashew nuts, like any dried fruit, are rich in unsaturated fats which, if introduced into the diet to replace saturated fats (found mainly in animal products), help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

  • Add 4 tablespoons (approx. 60g) of Super Vegan Proats to 100ml of water or vegan drink, stir and enjoy it before your workout! We recommend combining with fresh fruit if desired. You can also add them to your smoothies or yoghurt.
