Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel and Ashwagandha is a blend of vegetable proteins, with 24 g of protein per serving, based on hemp, rice and pea proteins. Flavoured with salted caramel, these vegetable proteins are enriched with Ashwagandha root, known as Indian ginseng, lucuma and camu camu. How to use

Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel and Ashwagandha can be consumed in a shake. However, it can also be used as an ingredient in pancakes, smoothies, or porridge. It can even be added to yoghurt.

 

DRINK

Add 3 tablespoons, or about 35g, of Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel and Ashwagandha to 300ml of water or plant-based drink. Shake and drink.

Ingredients

15g (1/2 spoon) of Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel & Ashwagandha

 80g oats

300ml soy drink

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Iswari Omega 3 Mix

1 carrot

1 ripe banana

16g (1 tbsp) creamy almond butter

 

Method

1. Place the grated carrot, oats and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the protein powder, cinnamon and omega 3 mix.

2. Stir to mix well.

3. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the sliced banana and almond butter as a garnish.

Pea Protein

Pea protein is especially suitable for muscle growth as it contains a high BCAA content.
