Easy Mango Blueberry Proats
Ingredients
10 tbsp SUPER VEGAN PROATS (cashew butter, mango and blueberry)
200ml plant milk of choice
2 mangos
8 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 passion fruits
Method
Add the proats and plant milk to a medium bowl and stir to combine, set aside while you prep the mangoes.
Peel the mangos and cut one into slices, the other into cubes.
Place the mango cubes into the bottom of 2 serving glasses, top with the coconut yoghurt, proats mixture, and blueberries. Finish with a squeeze of passion fruit.
Serve immediately.
