The story behind the ingredients we chose
Results from the grinding of roast peanuts and a partial extraction of the fat. This simple process is nutritionally relevant through the reduction in the energy value (kcal) of this nut, while retaining the flavour and fibre and increasing the quantity of protein in the final product. Helps strengthen the protein content of the mixture (peanut flour possesses 50g of protein/100g).
Banana contributes to the profile of micro nutrients, enabling the mixture to be sweetened naturally, without having to add sugar.
Digezyme® makes the protein digestive process easier and more comfortable. This complete multi-enzyme (comprising five digestive enzymes, of vegetable origin) improves metabolic health, especially intestinal health, and helps reduce muscle soreness and weakness after doing eccentric physical exercise.
