Some people say that they can't live without caffeine. 

There are also those who can't stand coffee because it causes arrhythmias, anxiety, insomnia, and so on. 

But caffeine is present in many foods, and with much better results than coffee. Of course, coffee has become an institution in the world, and we are only now discovering other ways of consuming caffeine in the western world. 

For example, in Japan, Matcha is part of everyday life. But the same cannot be said of coffee.

According to the John Hopkins University study, caffeine improves short-term memory.
