Recipe: Avocado Hummus With Green Protein

Ingredients

1 can of cooked, washed and drained chickpeas
1 tablespoon of tahini
½ lemon juice
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of ISWARI Super Green Protein
1 minced garlic

TOPPINGS:
Hemp seeds
A drop of oil


Method

1 - Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a creamy mixture.
2 - Serve with fresh vegetables, spread on a slice of bread or as a side dish of a salad.
