Recipe: Rainbow Granola Cups

Ingredients

250g coconut yogurt 

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp Iswari açai powder

1 tbsp salted caramel protein powder or any plant protein powder

2 tbsp carrot juice

1 tbsp Iswari maca powder

1/2 tbsp Iswari spriulina

150-200g Granola

2 1/2 tbsp honey coconut syrup

Topped with nuts and seeds


Method

1 - Blend the granola and coconut oil, put into cupcake cases and freeze until solid

2 - Split the yogurt into 5 portions, mix in equal amounts of syrup to each one. Then mix in one flavour for each e.g açai for one, salted caramel for another

3 - Top with nuts and seeds and then freeze!

4 - Let melt slightly before eating!
