Recipe: Raw Breakfast Energy Bars

Ingredients

3/4 cup oats

1/4 cup almonds

1 tsp Stamina Blend

3/4 cup raisins

4 tsp Buddha’s awakening Maca & Vanilla

3 dessert spoons Iswari super vegan protein

2 tbsp rice syrup

3 tbsp almond butter

Extra handful of almonds


Method

1. Add the oats and almonds into the food processor and pulse these by themselves for a few minutes until crushed.

2. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until everything is well combined.

3. You want the mixture to be nice and sticky to the touch.

4. Stir through the extra almonds- leaving them whole and pour all of the mix into a lined dish/container.

5. Firmly pack everything down using your hands, to create a smooth surface and pop this into the freezer for at least an hour to firm.

6. Slice into bars and enjoy.
