Recipe: Strawberry Acai Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Awakening Bowl Strawberry Acai Banana

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

0.5 cup almond milk

0.5 cup coconut yoghurt

1 cup fresh strawberries, plus extra for garnish

1 tablespoon coconut water

1 teaspoon rosewater


Method

1. Add the awakening bowl, chia seeds, maple syrup, almond milk, and coconut yoghurt to a bowl and mix with a fork. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

2. Meanwhile, add the strawberries to a large bowl with the coconut sugar and rosewater. Mash the berries using the back of a fork. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the awakening bowl/chia seed mixture and mix well. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes. Add 1-2 more tablespoons of coconut yogurt if the mixture is too runny. Sit well.

3. Slice a few strawberries very thinly and press them on the inside of your serving jars/glasses.

4. Pour the chia seed mixture and strawberry mixture into the serving jars. Top with more berries

and serve.
