Recipe: Acai Bowl

Ingredients

100g frozen banana slices

100g frozen mango chunks

180ml almond milk

60g coconut yoghurt

1 tablespoon Iswari Açai powder

1 tablespoon Iswari Almond butter

Granola, to serve

Half sliced banana, to serve

Fresh blueberries, to serve


Method

1. Add the frozen banana, mango, almond milk, coconut yoghurt, and açai powder to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with almond butter, granola, and fresh fruit.
