Recipe: Pina Colada Maca Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

For the coconut vanilla maca chia pudding:

4 tbsp Iswari Chia Seeds

2 tbsp Iswari Awakening Bowl Maca Vanilla

100g coconut yoghurt

118ml almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract


For the Pina colada smoothie:

350g frozen pineapple

2 tbsp Iswari Awakening Bowl Maca Vanilla

100g canned coconut milk/cream

100ml coconut water


Toppings:

Fresh pineapple

Coconut chips

Dried mulberries

Maple syrup


Method

Coconut vanilla maca chia pudding

For the chia pudding, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

For the smoothie, add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Whisk the chia pudding well to remove any lumps and pour into one side of your serving bowls. Spoon the smoothie into the other side of the bowls.

Top with fresh pineapple, coconut chips, dried mulberries and a dash of maple syrup.
