It provides the mixture with a relevant content of protein, complex carbohydrates and fiber. Generally, in combination with oatmeal and brown rice, this pseudocereal contributes to the sensation of satiety conferred and offers structure to pancakes and waffles.

In peanut composition we can find more than 20 amino acids (100g of peanuts provide approx. 28-30g of proteins), polyphenols, various antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Among the vitamins are Vitamin E (powerful anti-oxidant), folates and vitamins of the B complex, in particular Niacin (Vit. B3) and vitamin B6. Contains magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and manganese.
Gives the peanut flavor and a creamy texture and strengthens the protein content of the mixture. This flour is the result of grinding roasted peanuts and partial fat extraction. This simple process is nutritionally relevant by decreasing the energy value (kcal) of this dried fruit, maintaining the flavor, fiber and increasing the amount of protein in the final product.
It is the second star of this blend, which completes so well the flavor profile of beet that it would be unthinkable not to include it - but not in any way: it results, only and only, because this berry is in the form of small freeze-dried pieces that preserve all its color, flavor and aroma... absolutely wonderful when they disperse and cook in the pancake/waffle dough!
