We wanted a butter with all the nutritional potential of almonds and with that crispy touch that gives a fantastic taste but also a unique texture. In addition, we had a goal: using as few ingredients as possible.

The almond (Prunus dulcis) is the dried fruit that contains the highest percentage of fiber and is rich in vitamins and minerals such as biotin, vitamin E, magnesium and potassium. It is a caloric food to be consumed in moderation, about 30-35g per day.
