  • Hemp protein is obtained by cold pressing the seeds of the plant, thanks to which the oil separates from the protein. After pressing the seeds, the solid residue is ground, and the fibers are separated from the flour. In this case, white hemp protein is used because of its higher protein content and lower fiber content (compared with green hemp protein). When we talk about hemp protein grade 60 it has to do with the fact that white hemp protein contains 60% protein compared to 49% in the case of green hemp, which makes it ideal for athletes.

However, when it comes to aiding muscle growth and repair, we recommend taking the protein during the anabolic processes, i.e. 15 to 60 minutes after training. According to the International Society of Sports Nutrition, taking protein within two hours of training is ideal for muscle growth.

  • The validity of the products varies according to the product. At Super Vegan Fitness, shelf time are carefully studied by our quality department.   • In a bowl, combine the Super Vegan Pancake and the vegetable drink in a 1:2 ratio and mix gently. Cook the batter in a frying pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes (turning halfway through, when bubbles form on the surface and the base is golden brown).
