Pumpkin Seed Protein is a new item in the Super Vegan Protein formulations. Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds – one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, especially owing to its magnesium, iron and zinc content – this protein powder brings together the nutritional benefits of all these substances, providing 60% protein content.
Wholegrain / wholemeal oats offer all the benefits of this naturally gluten-free cereal, which is rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein. It also contains many minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. The nutritional profile of oats makes them ideal for a breakfast or pre-workout meal. In addition to its complex carbohydrates that prolong the feeling of satiety, oats contain beta-glucans - polysaccharides that contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect obtained with a daily dose of 3g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran or mix of these beta-glucans).

Add 4 tablespoons (approx. 60g) of Super Vegan Proats to 100ml of water or vegan drink, stir and enjoy it before your workout! We recommend combining with fresh fruit if desired. You can also add them to your smoothies or yoghurt.
