Super Vegan Protein Mocha & Ceylon Cinnamon provides 3.5g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

The story behind the ingredients we chose

Pea protein

Pea protein is especially suitable for muscle growth as it contains a high BCAA content. BCAA are three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which our body does not produce and that we can only acquire through food or supplementation.


Lucuma is a super-fruit with a unique vanilla flavor. It is a source of iron and zinc, with low fat content, being an energizer. Thanks to the slowly burning carbohydrates that are part of its composition, lucuma provides lasting energy.

Cocoa powder (6.25%)

Cocoa is especially rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, iron and copper (a mineral that helps protect cells against undesirable oxidation) and contains polyphenols (compounds that act as antioxidants in the organism) – especially able to reduce inflammation, reduce blood pressure and regulate the lipid metabolism. They are all mechanisms that correlate the consumption of cocoa (and many other plants rich in polyphenols) with lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

Hemp Protein 60%

This is a plant protein powder with a complete amino acid profile which, unlike other protein isolates, maintains an extremely dense nutritional content: it is rich in magnesium, phosphorus and potassium and is also an excellent source of omega-3. Hemp protein 60% (60g protein/100g) has a particularly high protein content and a milder taste than conventional hemp protein, making it the best choice to incorporate into this formula.

Pumpkin seed protein

Pumpkin Seed Protein is a new item in the Super Vegan Protein formulations. Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds – one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, especially owing to its magnesium, iron and zinc content – this protein powder brings together the nutritional benefits of all these substances, providing 60% protein content.

DigeZyme (0,2%)

Digezyme® makes the protein digestive process easier and more comfortable. This complete multi-enzyme (comprising five digestive enzymes, of vegetable origin) improves metabolic health, especially intestinal health, and helps reduce muscle soreness and weakness after doing eccentric physical exercise.

Date powder

The inclusion of this dried fruit powder increases the potassium content of the mixes (which helps, in particular, to maintain normal blood pressure) and avoids the need to add coconut sugar or other sweeteners.

Freeze-dried Arabica coffee (4,50%)

Freeze-Dried Coffee Arabica, together with cocoa powder, enables Super Vegan Protein to evoke a flavour resembling Mocha Latte. The inclusion of Coffee Arabica (and consequent presence of caffeine) in this mixture makes it versatile to use. Ceylon cinnamon powder (2%)

Ceylon Cinnamon brings out the flavour of the cocoa, contributing with all of its functional properties, mainly derived from the potent antioxidants it contains (anti-inflammation action).


Acerola is a fruit with antioxidant properties, recognised for its high quantity of vitamin C. It is especially effective for sports nutrition. Acerola contains high potassium content, contributing to the normal muscle functioning and high vitamin C content, boosting the immune system during and after physical exercise.

  • It is probably the most important nutrient after a workout. When working out, the muscles are attacked and need to be repaired and rebuilt to become stronger. Delayed muscle soreness is caused by microtraumas that initially give rise to inflammation. After repairing the damage caused, the muscles adapt to the stimulus of exercise and end up being more resistant. Consuming protein helps transport the amino acids that provide the nutrients to repair your damaged muscles, stimulating recovery and growth. 

  • Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout! 

    You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or pancakes. 

  • At Iswari we are used to choosing the best ingredients, responding to the needs of your organism. As we wanted a protein to maximise the post-workout results, contributing to muscle mass growth and aiding quick recovery, we have combined pea protein, which is especially appropriate for muscle growth as it contains a high BCCA content, and pumpkin seed protein and hemp protein as it is one of the powdered vegetable proteins with a broad spectrum of amino acids.
