The story behind the ingredients we chose
High protein content, around 160% DR. Contains the essential amino acid lysine in a higher percentage than rice protein. It is especially suitable for muscle growth as it is high in BCCA. BCCA are three branched-chain amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, which our body does not produce and which we can only acquire through food or supplementation.
The inclusion of this dried fruit powder increases the potassium content of the mixes (which helps, in particular, to maintain normal blood pressure) and avoids the need to add coconut sugar or other sweeteners.

Super Vegan Salted Caramel Protein and Ashwagandha should be taken after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein.
Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
