The most monstrous feast of the year is coming, and we must not be caught unprepared! The children will come at our door asking us (or threatening us) with the request of "trick or treat?". Let's entertain them and reward them with healthy sweets for Halloween!

Colourful pumpkins, costumes full of fake blood, skeletons and bats. Halloween is not only a masked party, it is also a great opportunity for fun for children and a relaxing time in nutrition, where we usually eat many sweets, candies and treats.

What treats to prepare for Halloween?

We can't go to the supermarket and buy bags of candy, snacks and sweets. That would be scary, to say the least, for the health of children! If we want them to grow up healthy and happy, we must avoid filling them with crap things like:

  • Refined sugars
  • Artificial preservatives, colourings and additives
  • Saturated and hydrogenated fats
  • Poor quality raw materials
  • Hyper-processed foods


But how can we do that? Nobody has time to cook large quantities of treats for Halloween, let's be honest. That's true, but we can play in advance and start preparing these quick and easy snacks for our children masked as monsters:
