Protein Banana Cookies

Protein Banana Cookies

Delicious for quick snacks before or after training, they are a great help when we crave for something sweet.

If you crave for something sweet, these cookies will solve the situation in a much healthier way than grocery store cookies. What's more, this recipe is simple, which makes anyone inexperienced in the kitchen a true chef.

The key ingredient is our mix Super Vegan Protein Banana & Vanilla, which provides you with 24g of vegetable protein per serving and contains the multi-enzyme complex of five digestive enzymes of vegetable origin, DigeZyme, which helps reduce pain and muscle weakness after exercise. In addition, pea protein is particularly suitable for muscle growth as it contains a high level of BCAA. Hemp protein, on the other hand, is one of the most complete vegetable proteins in terms of amino acids. You will therefore have delicious functional cookies to meet the requirements of all your workouts.

Time: 30 min

For: 16 cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup whole grain oatmeal

½ cup of SUPER VEGAN PROTEIN Banana and Vanilla with DigeZyme Complex

1 teaspoon of yeast

½ cup coconut sugar

1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt

½ cup almond butter

2 bananas (+/- 220gr)

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Place all dry ingredients in a container.

3. Then, using a fork, mash the bananas until they form a lump-free porridge and mix with the almond butter.

4. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula or your hands until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

5. Form the dough into balls and place them on the baking tray previously covered with baking parchment.

6. Press each ball to flatten it, creating the round shape of the cookies.

7. It is not necessary for them to be too far apart as they will not swell much.

8. Bake in the oven for 14 minutes or until the edges begin to lightly brown.

9. Turn off the oven with the cookies and leave them in for another 5 minutes.

10. Remove cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the rack to keep all the crispness.
