Red Fruits Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

130gr raspberries

150gr strawberries

150g banana

10g beetroot

1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds Iswari

2 teaspoons of Maca Powder Iswari

4 tablespoons of SVP Red Berries & Goji with Digezyme

150ml oat plantbased milk 

100ml cold water


Recipe:

1- Put all the ingredients in a blender and crush them until you get a creamy, lump-free shake.

2- Serve and consume preferably immediately.
