We have selected 3 products that can contribute to the feeling of well-being and to energy increase, thus avoiding states of anxiety and depressive:
• Cocoa - is energetic; increases the production of serotonin and dopamine, reducing depressive states
• Maca - helps to balance the hormonal system and adapt the body to situations of stress and anxiety; despite being energetic, it does not change the state of calm. \
• Turmeric/Pepper - increases the production of serotonin and dopamine, reducing depressive states
Cocoa - add to milk / vegetable drinks; use in recipes (pancakes, cakes, biscuits, desserts, chocolates …)
Maca - add to juices, smoothies, yogurts or to a soup bowl; use in recipes (energy bars, truffles …)
Turmeric/Pepper - add to milk / vegetable drinks (with honey); use in recipes as a substitute for Indian saffron.
Maca - this product may increase blood pressure, should not be consumed by hypertensive people and pregnant women.
