1. Soak the cashews and the buckwheat overnight or at least for 8 hours.
2. Drain the water and put both in the food processor with all the ingredients and blend until getting a creamy consistency.
3. Serve the cream in a cup with blueberries, strawberries and Incan trail Mix.
