1 ripe banana
1 cup of gluten-free flour
3/4 cup of almond and coconut vegetable milk
2 tablespoons of Macaccino ISWARI
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of powdered vanilla or vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Coconut oil for cooking
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until obtaining a creamy mixture.
2. Heat a little bit of coconut oil in a pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat (small portions).
3. As soon as bubbles begin to form turn them and cook them on the other side.
4. Repeat the process for all the pancakes and add a garnish of your choice (Iswari’s mix of seeds and dried fruit: Fruits of Love ISWARI, Incan Trail Mix ISWARI, Exotica ISWARI, Seeds of Wisdom ISWARI…).
