This blend of whole grains, fruits and seeds, with no nuts or added sugars, is rich in protein and fibre and slow-absorbing complex carbohydrates. A healthy and filling start to the day, designed to give you the energy and nutrients you need for your workout.

INGREDIENTS

The story behind the ingredients we chose

Pea Protein

High protein content, around 160% DR. Contains the essential amino acid lysine in a higher percentage than rice protein. It is especially suitable for muscle growth as it is high in BCCA. BCCA are three branched-chain amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, which our body does not produce and which we can only acquire through food or supplementation.

Sunflower seed

Pumpkin seed protein

Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds - one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, notably due to its magnesium, iron and zinc content - this protein powder brings together all of its nutritional benefits, with a protein content of 60%. It has a high unsaturated fat content which gives it a flavour profile reminiscent of roasted nuts.

Ground buckwheat

It provides the mixture with a relevant content of protein, complex carbohydrates and fiber. Generally, in combination with oatmeal and brown rice, this pseudocereal contributes to the sensation of satiety conferred and offers structure to pancakes and waffles.

Whole grain oat flour (gluten-free)

Ground flax seeds

They are excellent sources of vegetable protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, are essential to give structure and cohesion to pancakes/waffles, since they naturally bind the dough, eliminating the need to add any type of egg to fulfill this functionality, for a cholesterol-free and high result in polyunsaturated fats, essential for our body.

Ground teff

It has an enormous nutritional density (gluten-free) and originates from Ethiopia. Freeze-dried banana powder (4,5%)

Provides a naturally fruity and unmistakable flavour to this blend, sweetening it naturally.

Hulled hemp seeds

They are an excellent source of nutrients, particularly protein (30g/100g), omega-3 fatty acids and minerals such as magnesium, iron and potassium.

Psyllium husk powder

It has 90-95% fibre and therefore a high water absorption capacity. It is regularly used as a prebiotic supplement for its contribution to regulating intestinal transit (increasing the faecal bolus). It provides a fibre boost to this porridge.

Freeze-dried strawberry pieces (1.8%)

Perfectly complements the flavour of the banana, balancing its sweetness.

  • When we created the Super Vegan Breakfast we thought about the protein needs of athletes (which is why you get 15g of protein per serving), but also the minerals and vitamins you need to keep your body functioning at its best. As well as looking for creaminess, flavour and satiety, we've considered adding different ingredients to create a protein-rich, fibre-rich blend with no added sugar and designed for the crucial pre-workout moment. Also, you won't find any dried fruit in this Super Vegan Banana & Strawberry Breakfast.

  • Add 4 tablespoons (approx. 60g) of Super Vegan Breakfast to 100ml of water or vegetable drink, stir and enjoy before your workout! You can add it to your smoothies or yoghurt and complement it with different toppings.
