Super Vegan Fitness Breakfast Pre-workout Meals
Carob & Hazelnut
Perfect to start the day with high energy, with 15g of protein and 10g of fibre per serving (60g). This instant breakfast combines ground wholegrain cereals, seeds, plant protein, fruit and nut butter. With no added sugar and complex carbohydrates, you're ready for your workout.
15g PROTEIN AND 10g FIBRES PER DOSE
This mix offers you the best way to start your day or for a quick and easy pre-workout. It contains complex carbohydrates, which give you a prolonged sense of satiety, because they are slower to digest and are even more effective when eaten as whole-grain. This is because the fibre makes your stomach feel satisfied for longer.
Super Vegan Breakfast proves that it is possible to combine an affordable, instant product with nutritional quality and plant-based whole foods to provide you with a breakfast or snack that is not only rich in protein, but also a source of minerals that are essential for your body's health and long-term sustainable performance.
Muscle mass growth

The story behind the ingredients we chose
Pea protein is especially suitable for muscle growth as it contains a high BCAA content. BCAA are three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which our body does not produce and that we can only acquire through food or supplementation. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25628520
Pumpkin Seed Protein is a new item in the Super Vegan Protein formulations. Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds – one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, especially owing to its magnesium, iron and zinc content – this protein powder brings together the nutritional benefits of all these substances, providing 60% protein content.
It has a high protein content, and contains complex carbohydrates and fibre. Combined with wholemeal oat flour and vegetable protein powder, this pseudo-cereal (gluten-free) contributes to a satiating and balanced porridge.
This gluten-free pseudo-cereal is the simple result of grinding whole grain oat flakes. This naturally gluten-free cereal is not only rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein, but also contains many minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Functionally, oats are an excellent ally for maintaining satiety and normal blood cholesterol and glucose levels.
It has an enormous nutritional density (gluten-free) and originates from Ethiopia. With a higher protein and mineral content than most cereals (especially iron, copper and selenium), high fibre content and a low glycaemic index, its inclusion (in the form of wholemeal flour) reinforces the benefits of this breakfast mix. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29098639/
It has 90-95% fibre and therefore a high water absorption capacity. It is regularly used as a prebiotic supplement for its contribution to regulating intestinal transit (increasing the faecal bolus). It provides a fibre boost to this porridge.
It provides an irreplaceable flavour and creaminess to this breakfast, harmonising perfectly with the cocoa and carob. Roasted hazelnuts, like any dry nuts, are rich in unsaturated fats, which, when introduced into the diet as a substitute for saturated fats (found mainly in animal products), help to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
These are excellent sources of plant proteins, fibre (soluble and insoluble) and omega-3 fatty acids (ALA). These seeds are an essential addition to the daily diet, with benefits to the body based on their anti-inflammatory action.
They increase the nutritional density of this breakfast, and are rich in polyphenols (antioxidant compounds) and fibre - an essential combination for controlling total cholesterol and blood glucose levels. - Artigos para consulta:Functional polysaccharides of carob fruit: a reviewhttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31583011/

When we created the Super Vegan Breakfast we thought about the protein needs of athletes (which is why you get 15g of protein per serving), but also the minerals and vitamins you need to keep your body functioning at its best. As well as looking for creaminess, flavour and satiety, we've considered adding different ingredients to create a protein-rich, fibre-rich blend with no added sugar and designed for the crucial pre-workout moment. This Super Vegan Breakfast in particular offers an irresistible combination of carobs, cocoa and hazelnut butter, which takes the creaminess to another level.
