Protéine de pois

Teneur élevée en protéines, environ 160% DR. Il contient l'acide aminé essentiel lysine dans un pourcentage plus élevé que la protéine de riz. Il est particulièrement adapté à la croissance musculaire car il contient une teneur élevée en BCCA. Les BCCA sont trois acides aminés à chaîne ramifiée, à savoir la leucine, l'isoleucine et la valine, que notre corps ne produit pas et que nous ne pouvons acquérir que par l'alimentation ou la supplémentation.

Spiruline (3%)

La spiruline est une algue purificatrice riche en protéines et en chlorophylle. C'est l'un des aliments les plus nutritifs de la planète, contenant 65,9% de protéines facilement absorbées (beaucoup plus vite que la viande rouge ou le soja). De plus, elle est également riche en fer, calcium, zinc et acides gras essentiels, et contient beaucoup de chlorophylle. Chlorelle (3%)
