Protein Blondies with Almonds and salted Caramel

It will be a treat for you at any time of the day with these delicious protein blondies. What's a blondie? It's the lighter version of the brownie. In this particular case, these protein blondies contain no refined sugar, but coconut sugar and have an extra protein content, thanks to our Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel & Ashwagandha which gives you 24g of protein for 30g. In addition, we have added our almond butter with no added salt, hydrogenated oils, artificial sweeteners or flavorings and toasted almonds. Almonds are a dried fruit rich in "healthy fats" (mono and polyunsaturated) that help reduce inflammation in our body and protect the cardiovascular system. This fruit has been the subject of several studies and its contribution to lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels is well established.

For: 9 blondies


Ingredients:

2/3 cup almond butter

½ cup coconut sugar

2/3 cup almond drink

1 tablespoon (30gr) of SUPER VEGAN PROTEIN Salted Caramel and Ashwagandha

1 teaspoon of yeast

2 pinches of pink Himalayan salt

1 handful of coarsely chopped toasted almonds


Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a small rectangular baking pan (25 cm x 17 cm) with coconut or other oil.

2. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

3. Spread the dough on the pan and bake in the oven for 22 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven, unmold the cake and wait for it to cool.

5. After it has completely cooled, cut the cake into squares.
