Protein Pancakes with Cocoa and Banana

For 8 pancakes


Ingredients:

180gr wheat flour

1 teaspoon of yeast

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

¼ cup of SUPER VEGAN PROTEIN Banana and Vanilla with DigeZyme Complex

3 dessert spoons raw cocoa powder

1 teaspoon apple vinegar

1 cup of sugar-free oat drink


Recipe:

1. Mix the vinegar with the oatmeal drink in a container and let stand.

2. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients in another container.

3. Pour the vinegar and oat drink mixture into the container of dry ingredients and blend with a whisk until a smooth, lump-free batter is obtained. Do not over stir.

4. As soon as the batter becomes homogeneous and lump-free, stop stirring.

5. Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat.

6. When the pan is hot, reduce the heat to medium and, using a ladle, place a portion of dough directly on the pan.

7. To ensure that the pancake batter is well spread on the pan, take the pan by the handle and rotate it to form the pancake.

8. When the batter is well spread, return the pan to the heat and cook for about 30 seconds, or until the surface of the pancake is no longer liquid and is full of holes.

9. Turn the pancake over to cook on the other side, which should take about 40 seconds, or until you see the edges of the pancake begin to brown. Repeat the process until all the batter is finished.

10. These pancakes are delicious and perfect to enjoy after training.
