Recipe: Healthy Açaí Oatmeal

Ingredients

1/2 cup porridge oats 

1/2 cup water 

1 cup peanut butter cream 

1 tsp maple syrup 

A little bit of vegetable milk (optional)

2 tsp Açai Powder ISWARI


Toppings:

Coconut Shreds;

Frozen blackberries;

Frozen strawberries.



Method

1. Add the oats and water in a small saucepan over medium heat waiting till the oats almost absorb the water;

2. Add the vegetable milk, peanut butter and maple;

3. Whisk together and let it stir over low heat till it’s thick and creamy ( about 2-3 min) . 

4. Turn the heat off and add the Açai Powder Iswari;

5. Add the toppings and enjoy.
