Recipe: Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

250g frozen mango

1 cup fresh spinach

240ml coconut water

120ml dairy-free milk

1 inch fresh ginger

1 tablespoon Iswari Hemp Protein


Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer to serving glasses and serve mmediately
