Recipe: Millet Porridge And Golden Pear

Ingredients

3 tablespoons millet 

200ml of water 

1 pear 

1 teaspoon Iswari Turmeric and Black Pepper powder 

1 teaspoon sunflower seeds 

1 pinch of salt 


Method

1. Put the water in a saucepan with the millet, turmeric, black pepper, and a little salt. Keep stirring until it thickens and set aside. 

2. Place the diced pear in a non-stick pan. Sauté until the pieces begin to brown. 

3. Serve the porridge in a bowl and sprinkle with pear pieces and sunflower seeds.
