Ingredients

 150ml of water

 200 ml unsweetened almond drink

 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

 1 apple

 Diced ice cream (optional)


Method

  1.  In a blender, grind all the ingredients until homogeneous. Drink chilled.
