Recipe: Wrap With Lettuce, Sautéed Mushrooms And Azuki Beans

Ingredients

2 large lettuce leaves 

50g of baked azuki beans 

40g white mushrooms in strips 

25g cherry tomatoes 

Mint leaves 

1 teaspoon Chia seeds Iswari 

1/4 onion 

Salt 

Pepper 

Olive oil 


Method

1. In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. 

2. Add the fresh sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and reduced in volume. 

3. Add the azuki beans and cover. 

4. Leave to cool slightly. 

5. Place the mushroom mixture in the centre of each lettuce leaf. 

6. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, sprinkle with seeds and a little oil. 

7. Close the lettuce leaves and serve.
