Super Vegan Protein

Everything you need

Super Vegan Protein Chocolate & Lion’s Mane contains 24g of vegan proteins with a high spectrum of amino acids, including Digezyme® digestive enzymes, a complete multi-enzymatic of five different digestive enzymes.

More flavoursome. No sugar.

This new recipe prepares you for a more intense flavour, as we increase the percentage of natural aromas. But do not worry. This protein has no added sugars. It contains only sugars that are naturally present and are 100% plant-based.

BCAA

Super Vegan Protein Chocolate & Lion’s Mane provides 3.96g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

INGREDIENTS

The story behind the ingredients we chose

Pea protein

High protein content, around 160% DR. Contains the essential amino acid lysine in a higher percentage than rice protein. It is especially suitable for muscle growth as it is high in BCCA. BCCA are three branched-chain amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, which our body does not produce and which we can only acquire through food or supplementation.

Pumpkin seed protein

Naturally derived from pumpkin seeds - one of the foods with the highest protein content and which has an extremely rich mineral profile, notably due to its magnesium, iron and zinc content - this protein powder brings together all of its nutritional benefits, with a protein content of 60%. Contains approximately 149% of the NRV for protein. It provides numerous amino acids, is easy to digest, and hypoallergenic. It has a high unsaturated fat content which gives it a flavour profile reminiscent of roasted nuts.

Hemp protein

It’s a plant-based protein alternative to whey and soy protein. This product has a high protein content and is a natural source of various vitamins and minerals, thanks to a nutritional profile obtained through cold-pressing and milling of hemp seeds. Try it post-workout by adding it to your smoothie, shake, or when making protein bars.

Cacao powder

It contains all nine essential amino acids and has an impressive phytochemical profile. Studies suggest it may help improve mood (by preventing the breakdown of tryptophan), support heart function (by increasing nitric oxide levels in the blood), reduce the risk of heart attack, and promote relaxation.

Date powder

The inclusion of this dried fruit powder increases the potassium content of the mixes (which helps, in particular, to maintain normal blood pressure) and avoids the need to add coconut sugar or other sweeteners.

Natural chocolate flavouring

Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium Erinoceus)

Thickener: guar gum powder

DigeZyme

This multi-enzyme complex (made up of five plant-based digestive enzymes) supports metabolic health, especially gut health, and helps reduce muscle soreness and weakness after eccentric physical exercise, offering greater ease and comfort in the protein digestion process.

Frequently Asked
Questions

All your questions about Super Vegan Protein.

  • It is probably the most important nutrient after a workout. When working out, the muscles are attacked and need to be repaired and rebuilt to become stronger. Delayed muscle soreness is caused by microtraumas that initially give rise to inflammation. After repairing the damage caused, the muscles adapt to the stimulus of exercise and end up being more resistant. Consuming protein helps transport the amino acids that provide the nutrients to repair your damaged muscles, stimulating recovery and growth.

  • Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!

You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or pancakes.

  • At Iswari we are used to choosing the best ingredients, responding to the needs of your organism. As we wanted a protein to maximise the post-workout results, contributing to muscle mass growth and aiding quick recovery, we have combined pea protein, which is especially appropriate for muscle growth as it contains a high BCCA content, and pumpkin seed protein and hemp protein as it is one of the powdered vegetable proteins with a broad spectrum of amino acids.

Afterwards, we complement it with ingredients that help make the difference, such as the Digezyme® multi-enzyme complex and the Lion’s Mane mushrooms.
