Alto contenido en proteínas, alrededor del 160% IR. Contiene el aminoácido esencial lisina en un porcentaje superior a la proteína de arroz. Es especialmente adecuada para el crecimiento muscular, ya que contiene un alto contenido de BCCA. Los BCCA son tres aminoácidos de cadena ramificada, a saber, la leucina, la isoleucina y la valina, que nuestro organismo no produce y que solo podemos adquirir a través de la alimentación o suplementación.
La proteína de cáñamo tiene un alto contenido en hierro, magnesio, fósforo, tiamina, riboflavina, potasio y es una fuente de calcio y de ácidos grasos omega 3. Además de estas características, constituye una excelente fuente de proteína ya que contiene cerca del 92% DR.
Este fruto deshidratado en polvo permite aumentar el contenido de potasio en la mezcla (que ayuda, concretamente, a mantener una presión arterial correcta).

After repairing the damage caused, the muscles adapt to the stimulus of exercise and end up being more resistant. Consuming protein helps transport the amino acids that provide the nutrients to repair your damaged muscles, stimulating recovery and growth.

Ideally, you should store your Super Vegan Protein in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Super Vegan Salted Caramel Protein and Ashwagandha should be taken after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein.
Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or pancakes.
