Recipe: Psyllium Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

200g plant-based greek-style yoghurt

1 teaspoon Iswari Psyllium Husk

2 teaspoons Iswari Vegan Collagen Booster

Fresh apricots, strawberries or other seasonal fruit


Method

Add the yoghurt, psyllium husk, and collagen booster to a serving bowl and stir until combined.

Serve topped with fresh fruit.
