If you are not yet aware, breakfast is still the most important meal of the day because of its relevant nutritional quality. 


1. Mix some of your morning chai tea, for something different with the smell of eastern lands. A scented tea will work, too.

3. Nut butter fan? Good, because it's perfect in almost everything. In a smoothie bowls, like topping a yogurt and even to give a grace (and taste!) to muffins and cakes. Whether it's Almond, Cashew or Crunchy Peanut, the choice is yours!


4. Although we're talking about breakfast, choose one day to put the easy flavors aside and bet on a pumpkin puree, a homemade apple puree or sweet potato.

6. Is your fruit too ripe? No problem. Keep it in the freezer so you always have fruit available for your oats. You can add it directly to your oats or grind it with coconut yogurt for extra creaminess.
