Recipe: Awakening Bowl Mango Baobab Yoghurt

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Awakening Bowl Mango & Baobab

250g soy or coconut yogurt

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 fresh mango, cubed


Method

1. Add the Awakening Bowl Mango & Baobab to a large bowl and mix in the yogurt. Stir until combined.

2. Mash half of the raspberries with a fork.

3. To assemble, add a layer of mashed raspberries, mango chunks, and yoghurt, followed by fresh raspberries and more mango chunks.
