Recipe: Dandelion Iced Tea

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Iswari Dandelion Root

800ml boiling water

1 inch ginger root, sliced

1 large lemon, sliced

4 fresh thyme sprigs

6 fresh mint leaves

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave - to taste

1 cup ice cubes


Method

1. In a large bowl, saucepan or tea pot, combine the dandelion root, ginger, and hot water. Stir

and let steep and cool for 30 minutes.

2. Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve.

3. Add the lemon slices, herbs, sweetener, and ice cubes.

4. Enjoy!
