2 teaspoons Iswari Matcha powder
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup ice cubes
180ml almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1tablespoon maple syrup
80g coconut yoghurt
1. Add the matcha and hot water to a small bowl and mix until smooth with a matcha whisk.
2. Pour the matcha into a high-speed blender with the ice cubes, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup and blitz until smooth.
3. Pour into a serving glass and top with coconut yoghurt.
