Recipe: Little Buddha Muffins

1 cup of buckwheat flour

½ cup of Little Buddha ISWARI

1 teaspoon of bicarbonate

1 teaspoon of vinegar cider

2 cups of almond butter

1 cup of almond milk

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

4 cups of coconut sugar ISWARI

4 cups of apple puree

Rasp and juice of 1 orange

1 cup of coconut oil

Pinch of salt


1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, Little Buddha, cinnamon, bicarbonate, salt and coconut sugar) and in another bowl mix the wet ingredients (milk, vinegar, butter, apple, orange juice and coconut oil) .

2. Combine the two and blend well with a spatula.

3. Put the dough into muffin molds (a little more than half) and put in a 170º preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

4. Serve with Seeds of Wisdom Iswari
