Recipe: Rested Oats And Caramelized Pear

Ingredients

 3 tablespoons oat flakes

 150ml sugar-free plant-based drink

 1⁄2 pear

 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Method

  1. • A day prior, make a homogeneous mixture with oats and the plant-based drink. Put in a covered glass in the refrigerator.
  2. • In the morning, in a non-stick frying pan, caramelize the sliced pear in olive oil, turning the slices when it starts to brown.
  3. • Arrange the caramelized pear on the dormant oats and serve.
