220mls Apple Juice
4 Tblspns Iswari Chia Seeds
2 Tblspns Iswari Acai Powder
2 Tblspns Coconut sugar or 1 Tblspn Agave Syrup
2 handfulls of blackberries (fresh or thawed from frozen).
1 Tblspn Lemon Juice
1. Make the Chia Gel by soaking the Chia seeds in the apple juice for at least 30mins.
2. Add the Acai powder, sweetener, lemon juice, and finally the blackberries.
3. Spread onto raw bread/raw toast/ raw crackers, or in your raw porridge.
4. You can place remaining jam into a jar and refrigerate. It will last for up to 1 week if you don’t devour it in a couple of days.
