Suggestions for use:
Rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar (2 persons) - Ingredients: 500 ml of milk or 350 ml of soy drink, 50 g of rice flour, 1 to 2 spoons of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of vanilla bourbon, butter, cinnamon and sugar. Preparation: Mix the rice flour, sugar, salt and vanilla bourbon with half of the milk, stirring well to run out of lumps. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Then add the rice flour mixture to the milk that is on the heat, stirring while cooking until bubbles appear. Serve with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. It is also very tasty with sour cherries in syrup.
Apple and Rice Muffins: Ingredients: 250 g of brown rice flour, 60 g of hazelnut flour, 2 teaspoons yeast, 2 eggs, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt, 115 g of agave or sugar, 180 g of apple puree, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, 50 ml of rice drink, 1 pinch of ground vanilla bourbon, 75 g of raisins. Preparation: Mix the rice flour, hazelnut flour, yeast and raisins. Mix the remaining ingredients with a wire rod, then add the flour mixture. Pour the dough into 12 muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes. If you want your muffins to have a more fruity taste, use fresh apple cut into small pieces.
