It's very easy to prepare healthy porridge with Hemp Protein Super Oats: you do not need to cook them! Just add any cold beverage, so as to keep the nutritional value!
You will need
- 3 tablespoons full of Hemp Protein Sprouted Oats;
- A large mug or a bowl;
- 100/110 ml (about half a cup) of water, fruit juice or hot/cold vegetable milk;
- Goji berries, banana or fruit to taste
Add about 3 tablespoons of oats into a bowl. If you prefer your porridge creamy, first add a small amount of hot/warm water, fruit juice or vegetable milk. Stir until evenly mixed, and the mixture is neither too runny nor too dry. At this point, add the remaining liquid, which should be about half a cup. Stir well with a spoon and taste! As toppings, you can add goji berries, banana or pieces of your favourite fruit.
